For Manager (Middle Management (MM) – II)- 

• The applicants should have a minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation. And 
• The candidates must have an MBA/PGDBA, with a specialization in Finance or Chartered Accountants (CA). MBA/PGDBA course should be of a minimum 2-year full-time duration, with a specialization in Finance with a minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In the case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient.

Experience–

• Candidates presently working with Public Sector Banks/All India Financial Institutions/ Central Government/ State Government/ PSU, or any other organisation of repute, with at least 4 years of postqualification experience (in Scale I or equivalent).

For Management Trainee (MT)- 

• The applicants should have a minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in Graduation. and 
• The candidates must be post-graduated (MBA / PGDBA or equivalent) with a specialization in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA). Post Graduation course should be of a minimum 2-year full-time duration, with a specialization in Finance with a minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In the case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient.
• The applicants who have appeared/appearing for the final examination in Post Graduation or Chartered Accountancy and are expecting their results by June 01, 2024, are eligible to apply.

For Manager (Middle Management (MM) – II)- 

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of (Rs.48170 -1740 – 49910 -1990 – Rs.69810) as per the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) 11th Bipartite Settlement.

For Management Trainee (MT)- 

• The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of  (Rs.36000 -1490 – 46430 -1740 – 49910 – 1990 – Rs.63840) as per the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) 11th Bipartite Settlement.

In accordance with the official notification of India Exim Bank Recruitment 2023, the candidate selection Process will comprise of Online Test comprising of objective and descriptive type questions and a Personal Interview.
