The educational qualifications and experience according to the posts are as mentioned below:
Chief Manager – Credit:
The candidates should have a CA or 02 years MBA or equivalent PG Degree / Diploma in Finance.
Experience:
The candidates should have at least 07 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Credit in a Supervisory/ Management role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Associate or Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or in a Public sector or listed financial institution company (any of the aforementioned entities should have a minimum balance sheet size of Rs.3 lac crores or above as on 31.03.2023). The last assignment should not be below the Rank of MMG Scale II or equivalent.
Post Qualification experience in appraisal/ assessment of Credit proposals of medium/ large Corporations is required.
Senior Manager – Credit:
The candidates should have a CA/ ICWA Or 02 years MBA or equivalent PG Degree/ Diploma in Finance.
Experience:
The candidates should have at least 05 years of post-qualification work experience in Corporate Credit in a Supervisory/ Management role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank/ Associate or Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or in a Public sector or listed financial institution company (any of the aforementioned entities should have a minimum balance sheet size of Rs.3 lac crores or above as on 31.03.2023). The last assignment should not be below the Rank of MMG Scale II or equivalent.
Post Qualification experience in appraisal/ assessment of Credit proposals of medium/ large Corporations is required.
Assistant Manager – NR Business Relationship:
The candidates should have a Graduation or MBA or equivalent PG Degree / Diploma is desirable.
Experience:
The candidates should have at least 01 year as an Officer or 03 years as a Clerk in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
Assistant Manager – Security:
The candidates should have graduated from a recognized University/ Institute and have Certification in computer courses for a minimum of three months OR Information Technology or related paper as one of the subjects at graduation level or afterwards. Certification in Firefighting/ Fire Safety is desirable.
Experience:
The candidate should be a Junior Commissioned Officer or equivalent with a minimum of five years of service in the Rank of JCO in the Army/ Navy/ Air Force.
OR
The candidate should be of the rank equivalent to Inspector with a minimum of five years of service in Paramilitary Forces.
