Indian Navy Agniveer Recruitment 2022: Indian Navy invites online applications from unmarried male and unmarried female candidates (who fulfill eligibility conditions as laid down by the Government of India) for enrolment as Agniveer (MR) for 01/2022 (Dec 22) batch. Job specifications for MR (Chef), MR (Steward) and MR (Hygienist) are available on the Indian Navy official website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in/

The closing date for the Application is 30th July 2022. Candidates should be born between 01 Dec 1999- 31 May 2005. The Agniveers shall be enrolled in the Indian Navy under the Navy Act 1957, for a period of four years. The total vacancies for Agniveer (MR) are 200 (including a maximum of 40 females only).

Pay Scale for Indian Navy Agniveer Recruitment 2022:

₹30,000 per month with a fixed yearly increment. In addition, risk and hardship, dress and travel allowances will be paid.

Agniveers shall be given a one-time Seva Nidhi package comprising their monthly contribution along with a matching contribution by the Government on completion of their engagement period.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Navy Agniveer Recruitment 2022:

• Only unmarried male and unmarried female candidates are eligible for enrolment as Agniveer in the Indian Navy.
• The minimum height standard for males is 157 cm and for females is 152 cm.
• The candidate must be in good physical and mental health, free from any disease/ disability likely to interfere with the efficient performance of duties both ashore and afloat under peace as well as war conditions.

How to Apply for Indian Navy Agniveer Recruitment 2022:

• The applications are to be filled online only on the website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in from 25 Jul 22 to 30 Jul 22 and all required documents in original are to be scanned and uploaded.
• Candidates are advised to fill up the correct details while filling out the online application.
• Call up Letters cum Admit Card for written examination/ PFT would be required to be downloaded from the official website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in.
• Centre Allocation for written exam/PFT will be at the discretion of the Indian Navy.
• The merit list will be based on marks obtained in the written examination and will be available on the website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in by Nov 22.
• The last date for submission of the application is on 30.07.2022.

Selection Procedure for Indian Navy Agniveer Recruitment 2022:

• Shortlisting of candidates would be based on the aggregate percentage obtained in the qualifying examination (10th). Shortlisting for Agniveer (MR) – male & female will be carried out state-wise in a ratio of four times the vacancies.
• The cut-off marks may vary from state to state.
• The shortlisted candidates shall be issued a call-up letter for written examination and PFT.
• Qualifying in Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is mandatory for selection.
• Merit list will be prepared based on performance in written examination, subject to qualification in Physical Fitness Test.
