Indian Navy is looking for eligible candidates for the posts of Cameraman and Dark Room Assistant. According to the official notification of Indian Navy Recruitment 2023, there are 02 openings for the mentioned post.

Age Limit for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023:

In order to apply for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023, candidates should not be less than 20 years and should not be more than 35 years.

Qualification for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023:

The given below are the qualifications required to apply for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023.

For Cameraman-

• Candidates must have done Matriculation or equivalent.
• Candidates must have done Diploma or Certificate in Printing Technology awarded after at least two years of course or training from a recognized Institute.
• Candidates must have 5 years experience of operating process cameras. OR
• Candidates must have 10 years of experience as a Cameraman or photographer in Military Surveys, Survey of India or other photo-litho establishment of repute. (for ex-servicemen only).

For Dark Room Assistant-

• Candidates must have done Matriculation or equivalent.
• Candidates must have 3 years’ experience in a Photo Studio.
• Candidates must have Knowledge of chemicals used in the photographic process in a studio.

Salary for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Indian Navy Recruitment 2023, the salary is given below-

For Cameraman-

• The chosen candidate will get a monthly salary in Level 5 i.e. between Rs. 29200-92300. 

For Dark Room Assistant-

• The chosen candidate will get a monthly salary in Level 4 i.e. between Rs. 25500-81100.

Selection Procedure for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023:

The written test will be conducted to choose the right candidates for Indian Navy Recruitment 2023.

The test will be held at National Hydrographic Office, Dehradun. The date and time of the test will be informed to the shortlisted candidates through email.

The closing date of submission of the application form is within 21 days from the date of publication of advertisement in employment news and the last date of receipt of Application from the candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep will be 28 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News.
