Indian Territorial Army Recruitment 2022: The Directorate General Territorial Army, Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (MoD), has invited Applications (Offline Mode) from the Gainfully Employed (Men and Women) to serve as Part-Time Territorial Army Officers. Such persons who satisfy the Eligibility (including Education, Physical Measurement) and are willing to join as Part-Time Territorial Army Officers may apply in the Specimen Application Proforma for recruitment.

The Last Date for duly complete Applications clubbed with all the appendages (Education and others) all Self-attested receivable by 10th August 2022 at the Directorate General Territorial Army, Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence. There are total 06 Vacancies for the Post of Part-Time Territorial Army Officers in the Indian Territorial Army.

Selection Process: The Recruiting Directorate shall host in August and/or October 2022 Interviews for the Candidates. Selection to the Post of Part-Time Territorial Army in the Indian Army consists of 02 Stages for Aggregate 500 Marks; viz., Proficiency Test for 300 Marks and Interview for 200 Marks. The Proficiency Test consists of Writing, Listening, and Speaking. The Interview involving Personal Interaction remains a Viva-voce in nature.

Eligibility Criteria:  

The Candidates must be Only Citizens of India

Upper Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 42 Years (On the Last Date of submission of the Application)

Educational Qualification:
a) Civilian Candidates: Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation in the Chinese Language with Minimum 55% Marks from Duly Recognized University. Or Graduation in any Subject with two years’ Interpretership Diploma/Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK)-IV Level from any duly recognized University or Institute.

Desirable: Experience in Chinese Language Interpretation/Translation/Teaching.

b) Ex-Service Officers: Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation in any Subject with Two-years’ Interpretership Diploma in the Chinese Language from SFL/ AEC Training College & Centre with Minimum ‘BX’ Grading.

C) Physical Standards: All the Applicants must be Physically and Medically Fit in all respects.
