IOCL Recruitment 2023: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has invited Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for Executive Level L1 and Executive Level 2 On Fixed Term Engagement (FTE) Basis through this IOCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 28.02.2023. As per the IOCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, aggregate 106 Vacancies comprise 96 Vacancies for Executive Level L1 Positions and 10 Vacancies for Executive Level L2 Posts.
According to the IOCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Crucial Dates for the Eligible Candidates to complete Online Application Submission, Fee Remittance.
Based on the IOCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Last Dates for the Candidates and Submission of the Online Application Printout with the Enclosures, etc. are 21st and 22nd March 2023 (21 and 22.03.2023) and 6th April 2023 (06.04.2023).
IOCL shall publish on the Website displaying in the 1st Week of May 2023 a List of the Candidates shortlisted for participating Interviews. The Personal Interview shall be held tentatively in the 4th Week of May 2023.
According to the IOCL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there are 106 (96, 10) Vacancies to be filled up:
01. Executive Level L1 (Fixed Term Engagement Basis): 96 Nos.
02. Executive Level L2 (Fixed Term Engagement Basis): 10 Nos.
According to the IOCL Recruitment 2023, the Annual Consolidated Remunerations shall remain explained as hereunder:
01. Executive Level L1 (Fixed Term Engagement Basis): Rs.12.00 Lac
02. Executive Level L2 (Fixed Term Engagement Basis): Rs.16.00 Lac
As notified in the IOCL Recruitment 2023, the Upper Age Limits stipulated for the Posts notified therein are as follows:
01. Executive Level L1 (Fixed Term Engagement Basis): 35 Years
02. Executive Level L2 (Fixed Term Engagement Basis): 45 Years
Relaxations in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Government Rule.
As notified in the IOCL Recruitment 2023, the Eligibility comprising Educational Qualification and Experience are as follows:
01. Executive Level L1:
I) Graduate (B.Engg./B.Tech) in the relevant Discipline with Minimum 05 Years in the Relevant Field.
II) Diploma in Relevant Discipline with Minimum 10 Years in the Relevant Field.
02. Executive Level L2:
I) Graduate (B.Engg./B.Tech) in the relevant Discipline with Minimum 10 Years in the Relevant Field.
II) Diploma in Relevant Discipline with Minimum 15 Years in the Relevant Field.
The Selection Process for Executive Level 1 and Level 2 Post Candidates will be carried through by Bilingual Personal Interview only.
It is Mandatory for General Merit Individuals to secure Minimum 50% Qualifying Marks (40% for SCs/STs) in Personal Interviews, for being adjudged suitable for Selection.
TIE Resolving Methodology: In case more than one Candidate secures the Equal Marks, the Candidate Senior/Older in Age by Date of Birth shall be considered for deciding the place in the Merit List in the Inter-Se List.
Terms of Engagement, Remuneration & Benefits to Fixed Term Employees (FTEs) engaged on Contractual Basis:
I. Selected Candidate’s Engagement shall be on a Fixed Term Contractual Basis. Engagement Duration shall be for Maximum 03 Years Or Co-terminus with Completion of the Project, whichever is earlier.
According to the IOCL Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Application Fee to be borne by the Candidates are as follows:
I) General Category: Rs.300 (Rupees Three Hundred) only through SBI Collect.
II) EWS and OBC (NCL) Candidates: Rs. 300 (Rupees Three Hundred) only through SBI Collect.
