IOL Recruitment 2023: India Optel Limited (IOL) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Young Professional (HR, Marketing), and Junior Project Executive (Engineer, Optics Manufacturing, Thin Film Coating). As mentioned in the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, there are 12 vacancies for the mentioned positions. The educational qualification is different for each post (mentioned below in the article). The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.50000 and 65000 according to the posts. The maximum age limit for applying for the job posts is different for mentioned positions. The job will be on Fixed Term Contract Basis. The selected candidates will be posted to Dehradun. However, may be deputed for Official Work to any of the units of IOL/ Govt. Offices /Departments /Departments /Institutions /Firms /Labs.
According to the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the tenure will remain for an initial period of 02/ 03 years, which may be extendable further, subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidates and the company’s requirements. The applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of screening and personal interview conducted by the committee. The results of the final selection will be published only on the IOL website. Young Professional (HR):
The candidates should have a First Class Degree in any discipline with a First Class MBA in HR /PG Diploma in HR of 02 years duration from a University /Institution recognised by the Government.
Young Professional (Marketing):
The candidates should have a First Class Degree in any discipline with a First Class MBA/ PG Diploma in Management of 02 years duration from a University /Institution recognised by the Government.
Junior Project Executive (Engineer):
The candidates should have First Class Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering and Technology (Electronics/Electronics and Communications/ Electronics and Instrumentation/ Industrial Electronics), awarded by Universities/ Institutions recognized by the Government.
Junior Project Executive (Optics Manufacturing):
The candidates should have an M.Sc. Physics awarded by Universities/ Institutions recognised by the Government.
Junior Project Executive (Thin Film Coating):
The candidates should have an M.Sc. Physics awarded by Universities/ Institutions recognised by the Government.
According to the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the tenure will be on a contractual basis for an initial period of 02/ 03 years, which may be extendable further, subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidates and the company’s requirements.
According to the official notification of IOL Recruitment 2023, the applicable candidates will be selected on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the personal interview conducted by the committee. Shortlisting for the Interview will be purely provisional. Call letters to the shortlisted candidates will be sent to their e-mails. Candidates are requested to print the call letter and comply with the instructions indicated therein.
