Age Limitation for IREDA Recruitment 2023:

Qualification for IREDA Recruitment 2023:

For General Manager:

• Essential Qualification– The candidate should be B.E / B.Tech. / B. Sc. Engineering.
• Desirable Qualification– The candidate should be Post Graduate Qualification viz. M.Tech., MBA- Finance/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management or equivalent.

For Additional General Manager-

• Essential Qualification- The candidate should be Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
• Desirable Qualification- The candidate should be Company Secretary (CS) / Degree in Law from Recognized University/ Institution.

Experience for IREDA Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of IREDA Recruitment 2023, the required working experience of the candidates should be mentioned below:

• For General Manager: The candidate should be 25 years of experience at the executive level and present working experience of a minimum of 03 years not below the level of Additional General Manager (E-7 Level) in the Scale of Pay of Rs.1,00,000-2,60,000 and above or equivalent in the area of Power Sector / Renewable Energy Sector, dealing with Project Appraisal, Planning, Evaluation and Monitoring in Central / State Public Sector Undertakings and Private Sector. Experience in ERP applications is preferable. The CTC should not be below Rs.55.72 Lakhs per year for candidates presently working in Private Sector.
• For Additional General Manager– The candidate should be 20 years of experience at the executive level and present working experience of a minimum of 03 years not below the level of Deputy General Manager (E-6 Level) in the Scale of Pay of Rs.90,000-2,40,000 and above or equivalent, in the area of Finance & Accounts in Central / State Public Sector Undertakings and Private Sector. The CTC should not be below Rs.46.01 Lakhs per year for candidates presently working in Private Sector.

Pay Scale for IREDA Recruitment 2023:

The according to the official notification of IREDA Recruitment 2023, the appropriate pay scale for a General Manager of Rs. 120000 to Rs. 280000 and for an Additional General Manager of Rs.100000-260000.

Application Fee for IREDA Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of IREDA Recruitment 2023, the application fee of Rs.1000 is to be paid by the candidates through online mode only and no other means/mode of payment of the fee shall be accepted. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM/Internal candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
