In the continuation of various Circulars issued by Delhi Zone of ITAT, the latest being dated 19th August, 2021, whereby the modalities and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to hear matters in the Benches, falling under the Delhi Zone through the mode of Video Conferencing and Physical Hearings were formulated and promulgated, it is notified that is view of the recent rise in COVID-19 cases, especially Omicron Variant, for the safety of the stakeholders, the Physical Hearing at Delhi Zone of ITAT will remain suspended for a period of two weeks with immediate effect, and will continue through Virtual Mode only.
This issues as per direction of the Hon'ble President, ITAT.
