Jharkhand Teacher Recruitment 2023: The Office of District Education Officer (DOE), Dhanbad, has invited Applications from the Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) and Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) (in all the Subjects) Post Eligible for Appointments in the I) Schools of Excellence (SoE) and II) Block Level Model Schools (BLMS) of District Dhanbad under the Model School Project under Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA). According to the Chhattisgarh RMSA (Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan) Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 182 Vacancies (PGT: 32 Vacancies Plus TGT: 150 Vacancies) to be filled up on Contractual Basis in both Schools of Excellence and Block Level Model Schools.
The Last Date for the Eligible Candidates with Interest for the Candidates to complete the Application Submission (in the Prescribed Format) shall close on 8th March 2023 (08.03.2023).
As per the Jharkhand RMSA Recruitment 2023 Notification, there are 182 Vacancies for Post-Graduate Teachers and Trained Graduate Teachers as follows:
1) Post Graduate Teacher (All Subjects): 32 Vacancies
(11 Subjects: Hindi, Sanskrit, English, Maithili, Economics, Geography, Ancient History, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics Subjects)
2) Trained-Graduate Teacher (All Subjects): 150 Vacancies
(15 Subjects: Hindi, Sanskrit, English, Bangla, Santhali, Persian, Urdu, Mathematics-Physics, Chemistry-Biology, Economics, Home Science, Music, History-Civics, Geography, and Physical Education Subjects respectively)
According to the Jharkhand RMSA Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Monthly Emoluments due to Post Graduate Teachers and Trained Graduate Teachers shall be as follows:
1) Post Graduate Teacher (All Subjects): Rs.27500 (Twenty Seven Thousand and Five Hundred) only Per Month
2) Trained-Graduate Teacher (All Subjects): Rs.26250 (Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty) only Per Month
According to the Jharkhand RMSA Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates should be aged as on 31.12.2022:
Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 55 Years.
The Essential Eligibility Criteria including Educational Qualification desirable in regards to Post-Graduate Teacher and Trained Graduate Teacher (All Subjects) shall be as hereunder:
01) Post-Graduate Teacher:
a) Post-Graduation with Minimum 50 Percentile Marks (45% Marks for Reserved Community Candidates) in the Teaching Subject obtained and Graduation by the Un-Reserved Category/General Merit Candidates from the University Accredited by the Central Government/State Government/University Grants Commission.
b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Accredited Institute/National Council for Teacher Education Accredited B.Ed. Equivalent Degree.
02) Trained Graduate Teacher:
a) Trained-Graduate with Minimum 45 Percentile Marks (40% Marks for Reserved Community Candidates) in the Teaching Subject obtained and Graduation by the Un-Reserved Category/General Merit Candidates from the University Accredited by the Central Government/State Government/University Grants Commission.
b) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Accredited Institute/National Council for Teacher Education Accredited B.Ed. Equivalent Degree.
A duly constituted Committee under the Chairmanship Deputy Commission shall draw up a Merit List on the basis of Observation of Interview and Practical Class in compliance with the Guidelines for PGT and TGT Posts. A Written Examination for Selection of the Candidates as Post-Graduate Teachers and Trained Graduate Teachers would be conducted.
Subsequent to Selection following conclusion the Candidates as Post-Graduate Teachers and Trained Graduate Teachers shall be subjected to furnish a duly executed Agreement for 11 Months’ Duration to teach on Contractual Based Selection. The Contractual Terms of the PGT/TGT serving on Short-Term Contract for the next Academic Session/Year will be extended on the basis of the Incumbent’s Satisfactory Performance.
As has been mentioned in the Chhattisgarh RMSA Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Examination Remittance in the shape of Crossed Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque in favor of District Education Officer (DEO), Dhanbad by the Candidates will be as follows:
I) Un-Reserved and all other Candidates than SCs/STs: Rs.100 (Rupees One Hundred) only
II) SCs/STs: Rs.50 (Rupees One Hundred) only
As per Jharkhand RMSA Recruitment 2023 Advertisement, Interested Candidate’s Application filled up in the Specimen Proforma accompanying the Documents and Crossed DD/Bank Cheques altogether enclosed into a Cover superscripted as “Application for the <Post Name> in the Subject <Name> in SoE/BLMS should be dispatched through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due/Speed Post.
