JNU UG Admission 2022: The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Delhi will soon begin the application process for undergraduate admissions 2022 through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2022.

As the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022 result is released the admission process will begin shortly. Candidates who are interested in the JNU’s undergraduate programmes must regularly check the university’s website – jnu.ac.in.

As per university, processing of the NTA data on applicants is underway, and a gateway for applicants to submit their admissions applications will soon be made available.

According to the official statement posted on the website, “Following the release of the CUET (UG) 2022 result by NTA, the Admission Branch is processing data/details of candidates provided by NTA and shall open the portal on JNU website shortly for candidates seeking admission to fill out the application form by paying the admission processing fee.”

The NTA‘s distribution of the CUET scores will be used by central universities starting this year, in accordance with the rules. Universities will administer admissions based on CUET scores through the counselling process or in accordance with their own admissions procedure.

The Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination, or JNUEE, was used prior to CUET to carry out the JNU admissions procedure. The university will decide who gets in based on their CUET results.

Meanwhile, some JNU students and faculty members are against using the CUET UG 2022 for admissions, claiming that the exam’s multiple-choice question (MCQ) format is insufficient to evaluate candidates for admission to a variety of programmes.
