What You’ll Do

In this role, you will have to look after the money which comes in from sales at multiple offline stores. Your daily work will include:

• Check and match daily receipts from different offline stores using sales reports, bank statements and payment gateway data.
• You will have to do revenue reconciliation for offline store sales.
• Perform bank reconciliation and manage ERP system accounting.
• You are required to solve queries raised by offline store teams and the sales team.
• You need to check CMS charges and recording them in the ERP system.
• Keeping eye on payment gateway charges and updating them in the ERP.
• You have to communicate with banks and payment gateway companies.
• Support the team during audits, GST filings and other finance-related tasks.

Experience Required

To be a good fit for this role you should have:

• A CA qualification with 2–4 years of relevant experience or be a semi-qualified CA with 6 years of experience preferably from the retail industry.
• Candidates should have proper accounting knowledge and good communication skills.
• They should have experience in managing receivables and working with offline stores.
• They should have basic tax knowledge and should know financial processes.
• They are required to have experience with Oracle ERP and financial analysis tools is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to use English for daily work and communication.
