Job Responsibilities

Supply chain finance partnering:

• Work with supply chain teams and help them in making financial decisions related to raw materials, packaging and capex.
• Provide financial insights and give cost saving ideas by collaborating with procurement, R&D and factory teams.
• Make sure proper financial tracking and control of supply chain activities like inventory planning and working capital.
• Keep a track of supply chain performance indicators and continue to analyze differences between actual and planned results, mainly in gross margins.

FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis)

• The candidate is required to manage financial planning and forecasting every month, quarter and year.
• The candidate will have to prepare performance dashboards, reports, and analysis of variances.
• Supporting leadership with scenario planning and risk assessments.
• Monitoring important financial and business numbers and suggest improvements.

Compliance and Systems

• Make sure supply chain expenses follow company rules and internal controls.
• Work with procurement and audit teams for vendor checks and process reviews.
• Use IT tools and systems to automate and make financial reporting.

Education and Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Must know how to use SAP and MS Office
• Experience in FMCG sales finance or supply chain finance is a plus

• They should have good analytical and logical thinking.
• Candidate should have clear communication and presentation skills.
• They should have ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments.
• They should be comfortable in handling many tasks and meeting deadlines.
