Job Responsibilities

The candidate selected for this role will be responsible for two major areas Payments and Order Processing. The role will involve tasks:

1. Leading the payments process:

• Selected candidate is required to make sure all payments are made correctly and on time.
• They are required to work with internal teams and vendors to manage payment tasks.
• They should resolve any payment issues which occurs properly.
• The candidate should make sure all payments are done properly and follow the company’s rules as well as government regulations.

2. Managing order processing for the procurement team:

• Candidate should take care of all tasks related to order processing.
• They need to work closely with the procurement and finance departments.
• Make sure all orders are placed, tracked and completed properly.
• Keeping a close eye on timelines, documentation and approvals.

Requirements for the Job Role

Education Requirement: Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience Requirement:

• 15 to 18 years of work experience in finance, accounting and related operations.
• Experience in managing payments and procurement related tasks will be preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Candidate should have strong financial and accounting knowledge.
• They should have hands-on experience in processing and managing all the payments related tasks.
• They should have a good understanding of procurement systems and order management.
• Candidate should work on their own and be responsible for handling important tasks.
• They should be able to work with different teams and coordinating with other departments.
• They must have clear communication skills both verbal and written.
• It is important to pay attention to small details and being able to solve problems properly.
• Having ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
