Overview:

Infosys is hiring an experienced Process Specialist at their Pune location. You will be responsible for processing the Bordereau’s as per the agreed service levels and meet Service level agreements (SLAs) by executing the task in a timely manner.

What will you be doing:

Show good knowledge of Lloyd’s and London market practices

Conduct training programs (refresher as well as new joiners)

Handles/Helps resolve escalations at the process level

Updates the standard operating procedures as per defined frequency.

Qualifications for this job:

Experience – 2 – 4 Years of experience in insurance P&C operations

Education – BCom, MCom, BBA, MBA, PGDM

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred certifications in Insurance domain

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written.
