Overview:

Crocs is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager, Marketplace. This role is integral in optimizing the marketplace business by focusing on digital initiatives and merchandising strategies. This role will be responsible for (but not limited to) product cataloging, individual and bulk listing, across all key marketplace portals in India and will also have to collaborate closely with the digital commerce, merchandising and marketing teams to plan, execute the go-to-market calendar.

What will you be doing:

Execute product cataloging, individual and bulk listing, across all key marketplace portals.

Create and remove categories as needed based on merchandising strategies.

Plan and execute Go-to-market calendar: Plan promotions, new product launches and other activities necessary to support the digital business and achieve sales goals.

Monitor competitive activity, review digital touch points, proposes action plans, and identifies opportunities for sales growth.

Collaborate & partner with the global eCommerce team and the digital marketing team to review upcoming plans and set-up a roadmap for Crocs stores across all key marketplaces based on priority for our market.

Analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements. Enter data into relevant marketplaces, and update keywords.

Provide detailed reporting on product trends, competitor trends with actionable data to support business development decision making processes.

Create weekly and monthly performance dashboards and recommend solutions to maximize sales.

Qualifications for this job:

Graduate/Post-graduate preferably from top-tier educational institutions

4-6 years of relevant work experience

Experience in retail eCommerce is a plus,

Strong understanding of P&L metrics,

Excellent spreadsheet manipulation and modelling skill,

Good communication and presentation skills

Result driven, Team player
