Overview:

Lenskart is hiring an experienced Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable at their Gurgaon location. You will handle online as well as cash reconciliations for the revenue assurance team. The incumbent will be responsible for reconciling bank records, identifying trends to be addressed, investigating potential issues, resolving discrepancies, and providing recommendations to reduce financial risk.

What will you be doing:

Handle reconciliations for cash store sales

Create bank reconciliation statement on a daily basis with CMS.

Report manual deposition cases Vs bank credited amount in D-365.

Respond to operational queries related to cash order and deposition activity

Participate in CMS activation for new stores, handle bank and CMS team coordination

Recon store level sale amount with bank credited amount at order level.

Help with internal and external audit closer

Drive Process improvement time to time

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred

3+ years of Accounts receivables experience

Ability to perform and demonstrate the reconciliation across marketplaces

ERP Accounting knowledge

Should be able to work with deadlines

COD background and D-365 understanding are preferable

Should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
