Overview:

Vistara is hiring an experienced Executive – Stores at their Delhi location. Possess an aptitude for customer service, ensure that we (Procurement) uphold high standards of service delivery based on guidelines set out by Procurement department/SOP. Serves all concerned stakeholders by providing product and service information, acts as a liaison between Users and Procurement, assists with timelines, complaints, orders, errors, accounts related – payment and other related queries and resolves material and service issues in given timelines. Monitoring OTIF, Vendor performance and take appropriate corrective measures from time-to-time.

What will you be doing:

Material planning and Delivery Scheduling

Quality check of incoming materials

Warehouse management

Coordination skills

RISK management

SAP/EDP/Inventory Accounting

Material planning and Scheduling deliveries, promote best practice sharing around replenishment process

Monitor SLA & vendor performance

Liaison & coordination with other related departments for forecasting, managing optimum inventory at warehouse

Communicate delivery discrepancies back to supplier

Review requisitions for completeness and accuracy, follow up on discrepancies with the initiating department and coordinate with existing suppliers for each requisitioned material

Monitoring Vendor performance through various analysis reports

Carry out proper accounting of stocks & Inventory

Timely processing of all requisite documents and submission of Vendor Invoices to HO for further payment process

Monitoring day to day functioning of warehouse as well as maintaining the stock level

Take prompt actions on all the incidents, carry out on-the-spot enquiries into the case of theft/ pilferage, intervene in cases of violation of procedures & submit report without delay

Inventory management (inventory analysis – ABC, VED, FSN, HML, XYZ, GOLF etc)

Well aware about inflight materials (crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other tableware, linen, paper & printing, etc) supply chain processes like JIT, Lead time, Transit time, MIS, problem solving skills, Supply chain pressures like delay, Demand Forecasting Complexity, Lack of Supply Chain Visibility, Improve Quality and Speed in the Supply Chain

Qualifications for this Job:

Self-starter and should be able to do multitasking

Observation & presentation skills

Team management

Should possess organizational & time management skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Must have excellent command over SAP, MS Office

Minimum 1 year of working experience

Graduate from a recognized university
