Ikea is hiring an experienced Software Engineer – Power Platform at their Bangalore location. You are a motivated technology enthusiast with an IT or related educational background. You are exceptional in the development of Power Platform solutions at a global enterprise level with a high usage, with at least 2 years of experience as a Power Platform developer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

You will become part of the Power Platform Center of Excellence. We make sure that we have full control over the platform; all environments, and all solutions, to provide a stable platform for all their users.
They do automate the administration tasks as well as take manual actions if needed. They develop our own solutions to perform our responsibilities and make more self-service capabilities.

You will be assigned to manage the platform together with the team. Scripting, reporting, problem hunting, log reading, troubleshooting, supporting, development, innovation is part of your daily routine together with the team.

You will own your tasks and drive them from requirement to delivery in an agile way of working.

They value action and expect that you contribute with optimizing and improving solutions and security enhancement.

You are passionate about supporting and empowering a global & diverse app maker community.

Implementing new tools for our users, improving solutions, and assisting in the low-code development are also part of your deliverables.

The area is evolving all the time and they are learning new things all the way, it is important you keep alert to new updates in this area.

The Ideal Candidate should also have:

A strong logical thinker

Have good communication skills

Eager to learn and teach others

A Team player

Familiar with agile ways of working.

Eligibility:

Hands-on experience in development (any language, any platform, any level, Pro-code, Low-Code / No-Code)

Development skills in Power Platform, Office 365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Power Pages, Power BI, Dataverse (CDS),
SharePoint, Teams, Excel Online, Dynamics 365, Etc.)

PowerShell

Familiar with Cyber Security practices

Cloud platform: Azure (Active Directory, Functions, Logic Apps), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (BigQuery, etc.)

API knowledge: Open API (Swagger), REST API
