Kerala Rail Recruitment 2023: Kerala Rail Development Corporation Limited (KRDCL) has called in Applications from Serving Officers and Retired Officers meeting Eligibility for the Post of Deputy General Manager (Human Resources) on a deputation basis. According to Kerala Rail Recruitment 2023, post-appointment the Eligible Officer will be entitled to Salary under IDA/CDA Plus Deputation Allowance for both Serving and Retired Officers Pay Based Last Pay Drawn.
The Maximum Age Limits prescribed for both Deputation and Retired Officers as on 31.12.2022 are explained hereunder:
1) Serving Officers on Deputation: Not to exceed 50 Years
2) Retired Officer: Not to exceed 62 Years
Engagement Tenure: 05-Years for Serving Officers. 02-Years for Retired Officers on Contractual Basis.
The Eligibility including Educational Qualification and Experience essential for the Officer Candidates are mentioned hereunder:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation in any discipline.
Experience: Senior Scale Officers with Minimum 08-Years’ Experience in Group ‘B’ Or 05-Years’ Experience in Group ‘A’ in Personnel/Establishment Department.
Desirable: Knowledge/Experience in Personnel Relations is
Specific Requirement: Should have Experience in Personnel/ Establishment Branch in Railways/Railway Boards/Production Units handling Staff Matters for a period of Minimum 03-Years.
Selection on Deputy General Manager (HR) shall be On Deputation/by Re-Employment Basis. The Candidates shortlisted for Appointment would be called in to participate in the Interview Process.
