Konkan Railway Corporation Recruitment 2022: Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) has sought the Applications from the Retired Officers for Appointment to the Post Deputy Chief Electrical Engineer on Re-Employment Basis. There is one 01 Vacancy earmarked for the Post Deputy CEE. Appointment of Deputy Chief Electrical Engineer on Re-Employment Basis is Urgent in respect of KRCL Re-employable Recruitment Notification 2022.

The Officers being Dynamic, Experienced and Result-oriented Retired Employees of the Indian Railways/Central Government/State Government/ Central Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)/State Public Undertakings for Need-based Re-Employment. The Officers retired from the Indian Railways/Central Government/State Government/Central PSUs/ State Public Undertakings remain Eligible for the Post of Deputy Chief Electrical Engineer/Project/USBRL in Prescribed Application Specimen (Annexure A).

The Application complete in all respects should be mailed receivable by the Office of Deputy Chief Personnel Officer/Head-Quarter latest by / up to 7th September 2022 (07.09.2022) by 17:30 Hours.

Desirable: The Officer with Working Experience in Design, Planning, Construction, Execution, Coordination and Contract Management of Railway Projects, such as Railway Electrification, OHE/PSI/SCADA, Tunnel Ventilation and Monitoring remain Desirable, hence, shall be Preferable.

Documents for Submission: Online Mail Applications (Curriculum Vitae in separate Sheet) and 02 Self-Attested Passport-size Photographs should accompany Photocopies of a) Self-attested Photocopies of essential Certificates of Qualifications, Service Experience(s). and b) Self-attested Photocopy of Pension Payment Order (PPO).

Selection Basis : Appointment in the Post of Deputy is on Re-Employable Basis in Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla-Rail Link (USBRL) Project at Jammu & Kashmir. However, Selection to the Post of Deputy Chief Electrical Engineer shall be subject to clearance of Discipline and Appeal Rules (D&ARs).

Eligibility Criteria: 

Retired Executives in JAG in 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-12 (6th CPC, PB-3, Rs.15600 to Rs.39100, Grade Pay Rs.7600) Or Retired Executives in 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-11 (6th CPC, PB-3, Rs.15600 to Rs.39100, GP Rs.6600) (with Minimum 03 Years’ Experience in Senior Scale who may be considered for Charge Allowance for Posting in JAG) Or Retired Executives in IDA Scale E-5 or E-4 with 3 Years’ Experience.

Work Experience: The Officer should have a Cumulative Working Experience of 10 Years in Executive Category in Estimation/Construction/Maintenance of Railway Electrification, OHE, PSI, SCADA Construction and Maintenance of Electrical Overhead/Underground Transmission/Distribution, Substations & Tunnel Ventilation, Tunnel Lighting & Firefighting System, Electrification Work of Station Buildings/Platforms etc.
