KPSC Recruitment 2022 for 15 Vacancies: Check Post, Eligibility, and How to Apply
KPSC Recruitment 2022: Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) has invited applications from the candidates fulfilling eligibility to appoint them to the Post of UP School Teacher (Malayalam Medium) in the Department of Education (DoE). There are a total of 15 vacancies as published in Kerala Public Service Commission Recruitment 2022 including 03 (Three) vacancies for Thiruvananthapuram, 02 (Two) Vacancies for Pathanamthitta 01 (One) vacancies for Idukki, 01 (One) vacancy for Wayanad, 02 (Two) for Kannur and 06 for Kasaragod. The age of the General Merit Candidate should be between 18 years and must not exceed 43 years. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2004 (both dates inclusive) may apply. The Upper Age Limits are relaxable for Scheduled Reserved Community Candidates.
Interested candidates are advised to visit the Kerala Public Service Commission Website. Those Candidates, who have registered, may apply by logging in to their Profiles using their User-Id and Password. Then Click on the ‘Apply Now’ Button of the respective Posts in the Notification Link to apply for a Post. The Candidate’s Photograph uploaded should be the one taken after 31.12.2012. The Candidates, who have created New Profile from 01.01.2022, should upload the Photograph taken within 06 Months. The Candidates should take a Printout of the Online Application for future use.
The last date of receipt of applications will be on 04.01.2023 Wednesday up to 12 midnight.
Applications are invited for the Post of UP School Teacher (Malayalam Medium) for the Post as per the Kerala PSC Recruitment 2022 Notification. There are a total of 15 Vacancies for the Post.
The age of the General Merit Candidate should be between 18 years and must not exceed 43 years. Only Candidates born between 02.01.1979 and 01.01.2004 (both dates inclusive) may apply. The Upper Age Limits are relaxable for Scheduled Reserved Community Candidates.
Eligible Candidates should have in possession the following:
1) Passed out the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its Equivalent. Or
Passed Pre-Degree Examination conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala or any Examination recognized by any such Universities in Kerala as Equivalent to Pre-Degree Examination. Or
Pass in Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examinations (BoHSE), Kerala or any other Examination(s) recognized by Government as Equivalent thereto.
2) Passed out TTC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations (CGE), Kerala. Or
A University Degree in any Subject and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)/Bachelor of Teaching (B.T.)/Language Teacher (L.T.) duly recognized by the Universities in Kerala.
3) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this Post conducted by the Government of Kerala (GoK)
Selection to the Post of UP School Teacher (Malayalam) shall be carried out through Direct Recruitment involving Viva-voce and Document Verification, hence, Appointment to the said Post. In view of the receipt of the Candidates’ Applications occurring in large numbers and in the aftermath of Screening, in case it was decided at the behest of the Department of Education, Kerala Public Service Commission might host an Objective/Descriptive/Written Test in OMR Answer Sheet Format for Selection to the Post as mentioned in Kerala Public Service Commission Recruitment Advertisement 2022 for the purpose.
