The Companies Act of 2013 (the Act), the Limited Liability Partnership Act of 2008, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code of 2016 are all administered by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). MCA21's major goal is to make seamless integration and data interchange across regulators as easy as possible.
Important LLP Communications:
- On the MCA21 portal, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is establishing a new form of e-filing for LLPs.
