The Companies Act of 2013 (the Act), the Limited Liability Partnership Act of 2008, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code of 2016 are all administered by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). MCA21’s major goal is to make seamless integration and data interchange across regulators as easy as possible.

Important LLP Communications:

  • On the MCA21 portal, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is establishing a new form of e-filing for LLPs.
  • All LLP filings will be done online in the future.

  • Please note that payments for LLP will be taken only through online mode (Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking) from February 19th to February 25th, 2022 12:00 AM.
