The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Invites Comments on Report of Company Law Committee 2022.
The Text of the Notice is Given Below:
In continuation to the Notice dated 12th April, 2022 inviting comments/ suggestions on the Company Law Committee Report (2022) through e-Consultation Platform, it is stated that as an alternative to submission of comments/suggestions through such Platform, the comments/suggestions may be submitted through email at the email address – [email protected]
