MCA Issues Notice for Dissolution of Various Companies (In Liquidation) The Ministry of Corporates Affairs (MCA) issued Notice dated 12th January 2022 for dissolution of various companies (In Liquidation). The Text of the Notice is Given Below : In accordance with Section 481 of Companies Act , 1956 , the Official Liquidator attached to the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat having its office at 3rd Floor , Corporate Bhawan , B / h . Zydus Hospital , S.G. Highway , Thaltej , Ahmedabad in compliance of order dated 18.08.2021 passed in Official Liquidator Report No. 128 of 2021 is under process to file report for dissolution of following companies before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat . All concerned Secured Creditors , Workers , Statutory Authorities , all stakeholders and public at large are hereby requested to intimate the undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice regarding information of assets , liabilities , dues if any , and other details pertaining to the following companies . It is further requested that , if there is any objection to proposed dissolution of any of the following companies , the same alongwith supporting documents to be send to the undersigned on the above address within stipulated time , otherwise the process of dissolution will be proceed further in accordance with law .
