MECON Recruitment 2022: MECON Limited, a Miniratna Schedule “A”, Public Sector Enterprise under Ministry of Steel, Government of India has taken up Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of an Integrated Steel Plant. MECON Limited, Ranchi, Jharkhand has invited Applications for hiring Experienced Candidates for the Contractual Executive (Grade B) Safety for “Operations/Maintenance (O&M) Commissioning”. The Personnel serving in any Public Undertaking or Private Limited Company are Eligible to apply. There is 01 Vacancy to be filled on a Short-Term Contractual Basis. MECON (Formerly known as Metallurgical & Engineering Consultants (India) Limited) is located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The contract shall be on full-time basis. The suitable designation fitting into contract requirements and work experience shall be given depending upon area of posting/ deployment. The incumbent will be on contract initially for a period of 03 years. The renewal or any further contract shall be subject to the performance of the candidate to the satisfaction of MECON or the requirement of the respective assignment . Apart from the selection, a reserve panel shall be prepared which will be valid for 2 years and an offer of the contract will be issued from the panel based on the requirement in a phased manner.

Executive (Grade B) Safety – 01
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering along with a Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety with 01 Year’s Duration (acquired through Regular Mode) duly recognized by the Government of India with 03 Years’ Experience in the relevant field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Physics/Chemistry or Diploma in Industrial Safety with 01 Year’s Duration (acquired through Regular Mode) duly recognised by the Government of India with 07 Years’ Experience in the relevant field.
The age limit should be 45 years for the given post.
