Age Limitation for MIDHANI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of MIDHANI Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s maximum age limit for the mentioned given below:

• To apply for the position of Junior Operative Trainee (JOT), applicants must be at least 30 years old.
• To apply for the position of Senior Operative Trainee (SOT), the applicant must be at least 35 years old.

Qualification and Experience for MIDHANI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of MIDHANI Recruitment 2023, the required minimum educational qualification of the candidates are mentioned below:
For JOT – Fitter-

• The candidates must have an SSC+ITI (Fitter) + NAC.

For JOT – Welder-

• The candidates must have an SSC+ITI (Welder) + NAC.

For JOT – Electrician-

• The candidates must have an SSC+ITI (Electrician) + NAC.

For SOT – Metallurgy-

• The candidates must have a Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.

For SOT – Mechanical-

• The candidates must have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.

SOT – Electrical-

• The candidates must have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.

Remuneration for MIDHANI Recruitment 2023:

The salary of the shortlisted candidates should be given an annual CTC up to Rs.5.1 Lakhs, as stated in the official notification of MIDHANI Recruitment 2023:

• The selected applicants for the post of Junior Operative Trainee (JOT) will paid a monthly salary of Rs.20000.
• The selected applicants for the post of Senior Operative Trainee (SOT) will paid a monthly salary of up to Rs.21900.

Application Fee for MIDHANI Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of MIDHANI Recruitment 2023, the application cost is Rs.100. SC/ST/PWD/ESM candidates are exempt from paying the application fee. The payment will be performed online using a debit card/credit card/net banking and the payment link provided.

Mode of Selection for MIDHANI Recruitment 2023:

As informed in the official notification of MIDHANI Recruitment 2023, the applicants will be chosen based on a written/skill/trade test. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take the Written Test. Candidates who qualify/are shortlisted in the Written Test will be invited to the Skill/Trade Test (if applicable). The shortlisted / eligible candidates will only be notified of the Selection Process Date, Time, and Location by email via the MIDHANI website.
