As given in the official notification of the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023, the period of appointment (including short-term contracts) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or another organisation or Department of Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 04 years.

The selected individuals would be awarded a monthly salary of Level-12 pay matrix, as recommended by the 7th CPC.
