Based on the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement issued Senior Private Secretary has occurred with 01 Vacancy in the Pay Matrix Level 08 (Rs.47600-151100) under General Central Service, Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) Post Classification, shall be filled by Deputation for Posting in South Eastern Circle, Kolkata.

As per the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Maximum Age Limit prescribed for the Senior Private Secretary Post notified thereby should be as follows:
The Maximum Age limit for Appointment by Deputation should not be exceeding 56 Years as on 15.05.2023, the Closing Date of receipt of the duly completed Applications.

Based on the Ministry of Civil Aviation Recruitment 2023, the Eligibility comprising the Educational Qualifications with Desirable Experience may be read as follows:
Eligibility Criteria:
A) The Officers under the Central Government
I) holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis in the Parent Cadre of the Department (Or)
II) With 02 Years’ Regular Service in the Grade rendered after Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in Pay Band-2 (Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs 4600); Or
III) With 06 Years’ Regular Service in the Grade rendered after Appointment thereto on a Regular Basis in Pay Band-2 (Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs 4200)
B) in possession Proficiency in Shorthand (English/Hindi)
Selection on the Senior Private Secretary Post shall be conducted By Deputation/Absorption.
Only Applications received through Proper Channel and with the Approval of Cadre Controlling Authority shall be considered for Appointment.
Deputation Term: The Deputation Period (Including Deputation Period) in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in Similar or Some other Organization Or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 03 Years.
