In accordance with the official notification of the Ministry of Coal Recruitment 2024, the tenure of Young Professionals (Mining) is initially for one year, indable up to 3 years on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance. The decision of the department (CCO) shall be final in this regard. No right will be accrued in favour of Young Professionals (Mining) regarding renewal of contract etc.
Based on the official notification of the Ministry of Coal Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates for the mentioned position will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 75,000 per month.
