Ministry of Communication Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Communication is hiring interested and eligible candidates for the post of Consultant under the Department of Telecommunication. There are 04 vacancies for the mentioned position. According to the official notification of the Ministry of Communication Recruitment 2023, the candidates applying for the mentioned opportunity should be retired government servants from the CDA scale with a substantive grade of Level 8/Level 7 of the 7th CPC or equivalent IDA scale or holding analogous post and retired persons from BSNL/MTNL under VRS-2019 scheme. The candidates are invited from the retired government servants of other central government departments or research organizations with experience in telecom-related works and adequate computer knowledge.

In accordance with the official notification of the Ministry of Communication Recruitment 2023, the required maximum age limit of the candidates is 65 years. The remuneration shall be regulated in accordance with DoT Allowances and Integrated Finance Division and any other orders issued by Government from time to time. No DA and No Accommodation will be provided by the department. As stated in the official notification of the Ministry of Communication Recruitment 2023, the Ministry of Communications proposes to engage on a temporary and on-contract basis for an initial period of 06 months and extendable further up to a maximum of 06 months. The Committee may hold a personal interview with the applicants. The top candidates at each level in order of merit from this panel will be offered the engagement as consultants for NE LSA to the extent of vacancies.
