Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Corporate Affairs is inviting candidates for the posts of Judicial and Technical Members in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). According to the official notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023, there are 05 vacancies for the given posts. As given in the official notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023, the candidate will be appointed for a tenure period of 04 years or till the maximum age limit of 65 years.
As mentioned in the Official notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023, the applicant will get a monthly salary of Rs.225000. In accordance with the official notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the above post is 50 years. The applicant must possess special knowledge and professional experience in law, industrial finance, industrial management or administration, industrial reconstruction, investment, accountancy, or any other subject useful to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, as well as be a person of proven ability, integrity, and standing.

The ultimate selection will be based on the Committee’s comprehensive appraisal of candidates based on qualifications, experience, and personal interactions.
