Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India has sought Applications from the Officials with Eligibility and Willingness for Appointment on the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director (CEO/MD) Post on Deputation/ Contractual Basis in Indo-Russia Rifle Private Limited (IRRPL), New Delhi under the Department of Defence Production vide the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 27.03.2023.
According to the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, there is 01 Vacancy with the Pay Scale Level 14 (Rs.144200-218200) to be filled up on Deputation/Contractual Basis. Based on the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023 Official Recruitment, the Monthly Scale accruing to the CEO/MD Level Post:
Pay Scale: Level 14 (Rs.144200-218200)
The Eligibility Criteria comprising Educational Qualification and Experience for Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director is Mandatory as explained hereunder:
A) Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate in Engineering Course.
B) Experience:
I) Essential: Minimum 05-Years’ Experience as Chief Executive Officer in Manufacturing Companies/Equivalent Higher Position in the Indian Armed Forces.
II) Desirable: 25-Years’ Professional Experience in Manufacturing and handling Weapon Systems.
C) Residual Service: 03-Years’ Residual Service, as on the Date of Vacancy Occurrence, w.r.t. Date of Superannuation.
The Selection Criteria for Appointment on Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director comprises Interview in the aftermath of Shortlisting Process. The Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) shall shortlist the Officials to be summoned for Viva-voce/Personal for Selection for Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director Post.
Appointment Terms:
i) The Appointment on CEO/MD Post shall be for 03 Years from the Date of Joining.
ii) The Term is Extendable twice for 01 Year’s Duration each with the Approval of the IRRPL Board.
Note: The Applicant shall need to furnish/submit an Undertaking as part of Individual Application that, in case Selected on CEO/MD Post, He/She will join the Post.
