Salary for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary according to their posts.
The stipend will be paid are given below:

For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)-

• The aspirants will get a salary of Rs. 37000 per month.

For Research Associate (RA)-

• The candidate will get a salary of Rs.67000 per month.

Age Limit for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023:

• For JRF –The applicants’ age limit should be 28 years.
• For RA-The applicants, the maximum age limit should be 35 years as of the last date of application receipt.

Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, candidates must have the required eligibility mentioned below:

For Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)-

• The candidate should have a degree of B.E/B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engg / Electronics/Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication in 1st Division with Valid NET/GATE qualification.
• The applicant must have an ME/M.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication / Electronics/Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication Engg in 1% Division both at Graduate and Postgraduate level.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have knowledge of VERILOG/VHDL.

For Research Associate (RA)-

• The candidate should have a PhD in Physics, or M. Tech/ME in physics with two years of experience in research teaching, design and development degree should be in the first division wherever division or equivalent grading is awarded.

Desirable–

• The applicants must have proficiency in Lasers, and quantum optics and hands-on experience, working in experimental Quantum Optics, and Free Space Optics.
• Exposure to Quantum Technologies– recent progress developments and technology trends.

Referring to the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, the selection is made on an interview. The date, time, venue and mode of interview will be intimated to the shortlisted candidate by post and email.
