Section Officer-
Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions or Statutory or Autonomous Organizations:
(a) Holding analogous posts on regular posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department or candidates With five years of regular service in level 6 (Rs.35400-1124001-) in the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department or
(b) Possessing the following education qualifications: –
Candidates should have bachelor’s Degrees from a recognized University or Institute. Candidates should have Two years of experience in accounts, administration, and vigilance establishment work in a Government Office or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body.
UDC-
Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous or Statutory organization or Public Sector Undertakings or University or Recognized Research Institution Holding Analogous posts on regular basis; or with eight years of regular service in the grade of Lower Division Clerk or equivalent. Candidates having a minimum experience of 5 years in the Cash & Accounts Section and knowledge in Public Financial Management Systems are desirable. Candidates having work experience from Pay & Accounts Office would be given preference for the said posts. Having undergone training in Cash & Accounts by ISTM.
