Essential Qualification
1. As per the Official Notification of the Ministry of External Affairs the applied candidate must have Graduation in any discipline.
2. The applied candidate must have a Retired officer at the level of AO/Sr.AO from Indian Audit and Accounts Service and Civil Accounts Services is well versed with Bill Settlement and GFR provisions.
3. Candidates must have Officers should have experience in finance, bill/invoice settlement, budgeting, project management, and monitoring of Government projects and be well conversant with the Government of India’s Financial Rules such as General Financial Rules (GFR), Delegation of Financial Power Rules (DFPR)
4. The Applicant should only be an Indian national.
5. Candidate must have Applicant should be in good health condition.
6. Candidate must have Graduation in any discipline.
