Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of External Affairs is recruiting applicants to fill up the Consultant in Central Passport Organization. As given in the official notification of the Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be appointed for a tenure period of 01 year, which can be extended further depending on the assessment of performance, mutual willingness and depending on the requirements. The candidates will be chosen through an interview. Only those who have been chosen for an interview will be notified. The Ministry will not pay applicants TA/DA for attending an interview as per the official notification of the Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2023.
According to the official notification of the Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be posted in various Passport Offices in India. The basic pension must be subtracted from the pay received at retirement (regardless of the commutation pension received) to determine the allowable monthly amount. There will be no HRA acceptable. There are a total of 50 seats available for the relevant position. As stated in the official notification of the Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2023, the applicant’s age should not be more than 65 years old as of the last day for application submission. Eligible candidates should submit their application form, together with the requisite papers, to the address given below before the deadline. The envelope containing the applicant’s details should be labelled “Application for the position of Consultant in the Ministry of External Affairs”.

Candidates applying for the Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2023 must have superannuated from the Central Passport Organization at the level of Superintendent and above (pay level 7 and above).

Extensive experience in Administration Establishment, Court cases, grievance redressal/ public dealing matters related to the Passport Offices.
The applicant will be recruited for a tenure period of one year, which may be extended further depending on the evaluation of performance, mutual desire, and dependent on requirements, as stated in the official notification of the Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2023.
According to the official announcement for the Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2023, a predetermined monthly sum will be allowed after subtracting the basic pension from the pay drawn at retirement (regardless of the commutation pension received). For the duration of the contract, the compensation in question will not alter from its previously specified sum. During the term of the contract, there will be no annual rise or percentage increase.
The applicant will be appointed in various Passport Offices in India, according to the Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment official notification for 2023. Location and Number of Position are mentioned in the table below.
There will be an interview to choose the candidates. Only those who have been selected for an interview will receive notification. According to the official announcement of the Ministry of External Affairs Recruitment 2023, applicants will not be compensated by the Ministry for travel or lodging expenses for attending an interview.
