Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Finance has invited Applications from Retired Experienced Officers for Engagement as a Stenographer on a Contractual Basis in the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna.
The Central Government/State Government/High Court/District Court Officials retired in the Grade of Private Secretary, Stenographer Grade-I, Stenographer Grade-II are Eligible for applying to the Contractual Re-employment Opportunity as a Stenographer (Contract). There is 01 Vacancy to be filled up for 01 Year’s Engagement.
As per the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Candidates, those who have convincingly fulfilled the Eligibility for the Contractual Stenographer Post may apply as per the Specimen Application Proforma in the Offline Mode and within the timeline.
The Last Date to apply is 6th February 2023 (06.02.2023). The Willing Eligible Candidates should apply both through Mail and subsequently by Post.

As per the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 Notification, Applicant’s Maximum Age (as on 06.02.2023) should not exceed 62 Years.
The Retired Applicant Candidate should have rendered Services as Central Government/State Government/High Court/District Court Officials retired in the Grade of Private Secretary, Stenographer Grade-I, Stenographer Grade II.
Desirable: The Candidate should be well-acquainted with the Judicial Terminology with Stenography Work, Good Knowledge of working on a Computer (MS Office/Excel/Internet, etc.).
The Applicant must be capable of taking Shorthand Dictations with Transcription on Computer.
Assisting in drafting as per the Officer’s directions and also extending assistance in such a manner as may be directed by Him or Her.
The appointed Retired Person’s Contractual Engagement as Stenographer shall be regulated as per the Guidelines of the Department of Expenditure’s Office Memorandum. The Engagement Tenure of the Person appointed as a Stenographer shall remain for 01 Year.
