The engagement is made on a deputation/Re-employment/Absorption basis and the selected candidates for the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023 will be engaged for a period of 03 years. However, the period of deputation may be curtailed depending upon the performance of the officer as well as the organizational requirement.

Eligibility Criteria for Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023:

Candidates who have a Regular Dispatch Rider (Group ‘C’) and Group ‘D’ employees in the Government/Organization the Central/State who possess valid Driving Licenses for Motor Cars on the basis of a Driving Test to assess the competence to drive Motor Cars, failing which from officials holding the post of Dispatch Rider on regular basis or regular Group ‘D’ employees in the Central/State Government/Organization are eligible to apply for the Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023.

Qualification and Experience for Ministry of Finance Recruitment 2023:

• The candidate should possess a valid permanent Driving License for Motor Cars.
• The candidate should have knowledge of Motor Mechanisms (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle).
• The candidate should have experience of driving a motor car for at least three (03) years.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have a pass in the 8th standard.
• The candidate should have 03 years of serving as a Home Guard/Civil Volunteer.

For Ex-Servicemen-

• The Armed Force personnel due to retire or who have been transferred to reserve within a period of one year and have requisite experience and qualifications prescribed shall also be considered. Such persons would be given deputation terms up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces; thereafter they may be continued on re-employment.
