Essential-
The candidates should have a Degree from a _ recognized university or equivalent; (b) Sound knowledge of Hindi and one more of the following Indian languages against each Regional Officer:—
The candidates should have Sound knowledge of Indian history and culture; and
The candidates should have 10 years of administrative or managerial experience in a responsible capacity.

Suitable officers of the Indian Administrative Service or Central Service Group A, along with the following qualifications:
