Ministry of Jal Shakti Recruitment 2022: Ministry of Jal Shakti is a ministry under the administration of the Government of India, and it was formed in May 2019 under the second Modi Ministry. Formed by the merging of two ministries, the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, and the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation, the Ministry of Jal Shakti focuses on the conservation of water in 1592 water-stressed blocks in 256 districts.

The ministry is also known for ensuring five important water conservation interventions. Many job seekers wanted to get recruited in the government sector, and the Ministry of Jal Shakti hires eligible candidates for multiple posts. Recently, the hiring for the posts of ‘Assessor’ and ‘Personal Assistant (PA) is ongoing, and the ministry is accepting online applications from eligible candidates. The recruitment will be on a deputation/Re-employment basis, and the location of the post will be in Mahanadi Water Disputes Tribunal. 

Those who are working as officers in Central Government/U.T./State Government/PSU on usual terms and conditions will be eligible to apply for the post. Currently, there are only two vacancies, one for the post of ‘Assessor’ and the one for the ‘Personal Assistant.’

The age limit to apply for the post of Personal Assistant is 45 years, and as for the post of Assessor, the age limit is not applicable.
