Ministry of Law & Justice Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Law & Justice (MoLJ), Government of India has invited Applications from the Employees in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma for the Post Copy Holder on Deputation/Absorption Basis with 01 Vacancy in the Legislative Department vide the Ministry of Law & Justice Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice Dated 23.05.2023. According to the Ministry of Law & Justice Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice, the 60th Day is the Last Date post issuance of the Same in the Employment News.
Based on the Ministry of Law & Justice Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice, Eligible Personnel with Desire for MoLJ Copy Holder Post with Pay Level: 2 (Rs. 19900-63200) in General Central Service, Group “C” Non-Gazetted, Ministerial Classification may submit Duly completed Applications within 60 Days from the Date of Publication of the Vacancy Circular in the Employment News
Based on the Ministry of Law & Justice Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there are 02 Vacancies to be filled up on Deputation Basis:

Appointment Term: Deputation/Absorption Basis
Posting Location: New Delhi
Based on the Ministry of Law & Justice Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Salary with the Pay Scales accruing to Copy Holder in the Legislative Department shall remain as has been explained hereunder:
Pay Level: 2 (Rs. 19900-63200) in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC on Deputation/Absorption Basis.
The Ministry of Law & Justice Recruitment 2023 Official Notification has stipulated the Maximum Age Limit for to-be Eligible Candidates with Willingness as follows:
Age Limit: 56 Years
According to the Ministry of Law & Justice Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Mandatory Eligibility comprising Post-Relevant Specific Requirements with Experience and Educational Qualifications, etc. shall remain as hereunder:
I) Copy Holder Post:
Specific Requirement: The Officers under the Central Government Or Defence Forces or Central Police Organisation (CPO) Or State Government Or Union Territory Administration:
A-i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the Government of India Press Or in any Ministry Or Department; Or
ii) holding Group ‘C’ Post (Including Safaiwala and Farrash) on Regular Basis in the Ministry of Law and Justice possessing sound knowledge of Computer Operation; and
b) possessing Educational Qualifications and Experience as hereunder:
Essential Educational Qualification:
i) A 12th Class Pass from any Duly Recognised Board or Pre-University/Inter-College;
ii) Should be able to typewrite at least 35 Words Per Minute in English.
Desirable:
a) Experience of English Copy-holding or Proof-reading Work in any Printing Press or any Newspaper Office;
b) Minimum Knowledge of Hindi.
Selection on the Copy-Holder Post shall be conducted By Deputation/Absorption.
Deputation Period: The Period of Deputation including the Period of Deputation in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in a Similar or Some other Organisation Or Department of the Central Government shall not Exceed 03 Years.
