Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023: The Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, Indian Railway, Government of India, New Delhi, has invited Applications through Proper Channel in respect of the Employees Eligible for the Post Assistant Programmer with 12 Vacancies to be filled up by Transfer On Deputation vide the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 02.03.2023. According to the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Notified 12 Vacancies for Assistant Programmer Post with Posting in New Delhi through the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notification will be filled up by Deputation in the Pay Matrix Scale Level 07 (Rs.44900-142400).
Duly completed Applications of the Eligible Employees with Interest, in compliance with the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, should be submitted through Proper Channel within 60 Days post issuance Dated 02.03.2023. All Eligible Officers/Candidates should forward the duly completed Applications with all Essential Annexures in the Prescribed Specimen Application Proforma and all other Formats through Proper Channel ahead of Closing 60th Day post-issuance of the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
As per the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Notified Post Assistant Programmer shall be filled up by Deputation with 03 Years’ Engagement Tenure with the Appointment Terms by Transfer on Deputation stipulated will be filled up in the Pay Matrix Scale 07 (Rs.44900-142400). According to the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notification the Eligible Officer Candidates with Interest to complete the formalities including submission of the duly completed Applications according to the Instructions stipulated therein.
As per the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, 12 Vacancies notified therein are to be filled up by Transfer on Deputation in the Ministry of Railways itself.

Based on the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Candidate to be issued Appointment as Assistant Programmer shall be entitled to the Pay Scale explained hereunder:
Pay Matrix Scale: Level 07 (Rs.44900-142400).
The Maximum Age Limit in accordance with the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, for the Eligible Official/Employees for the Assistant Programmer Post as on the Closing Date of the Ministry of Railways Vacancy Notice is as follows:
Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 Years
Eligibility Criteria: The Officers should fulfil the Eligible Criteria comprising Post held with Experience and Educational Qualification briefly mandated as follows:
Specific Requisite:
A) The Officers under the Central Government/State Governments/Union Territory Administration/Accredited Universities/Research Institutions/ Public Sector Undertakings/Semi-Government/Statutory/Autonomous Organizations and other Government Bodies:
i) holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis in the parent Cadre or Department (Or)
ii) with 05 Years’ Service in the Post-Appointment Grade rendered on a Regular Basis in Pay Level 06 in the Pay Matrix (RS.35400-112400) Or Equivalent in the Parent Cadre or Department. (And)
B) Educational Qualification(s):
i) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications/Computer Science/Information Technology from any Accredited University/Institute. (Or)
ii) Bachelor’s Degree (i.e., B.Engg./B.Tech.) (Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Technology/Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology from the Accredited University or Institute.
The Selection Criteria in accordance with the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notification shall be carried through by Transfer on Deputation.
Appropriately Suitable Candidates selected as Assistant Programmer would be issued Appointments for Maximum 03 Years including the period of Deputation in another Ex-Cadre Post held Immediately preceding this Appointment.
According to the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Willing and Eligible Officers with Interest should complete the Application submission related Formalities annexed with Mandatory Documents within 60 Days after issuance of the Ministry of Railways Recruitment 2023 Official Notification.
