Ministry of Road Transport & Highways invites CA Firms for Providing consultancy in Income Tax & GST Matters
Scope of the Work
Providing consultancy services in Income Tax & GST related matters and also filing returns of Income Tax TDS & GST TDS on monthly/quarterly basis” pertaining to this office and PIU, MoRT&H, Prayagraj. The details are as follows:- Preparation & Filing of TDS return other than salaries
- Preparation & Filing of TDS return on salaries
- Preparation and printing of Form-16 & Form 16A
- Preparation of Annual information for salaries for each Deductee
- Uploading of TDS return other than salaries
- Uploading of TDS return on salaries
- Rectification/Revision of TDS returns
- Verification of PAN of Deductee
- Preparation & Filing of GSTR-7 on Monthly basis
- Creation of GST Challan
- Providing GST TDS Certificate
- Compliance of notices of IT & GST department
- Attending hearing at IT & GST Office
Qualification requirements of Bidders
(i) The firms/organizations must have more than 20 years old. (ii) The bidder must have more than 5 years experience for similar services with Government department. (iii) The bidder shall be experienced firms/organizations, registered/ approved for providing consultancy services with the Government and shall have successfully completed at least one work of similar nature during the last 3 years. (iv) More than 6 Chartered Accountants must have working with the firm. Certificate regarding the same from ICAI should be attached. (v) Firm must have more than 2 nos. of Chartered Accountants with more than 10 years of experience in handling similar work. (vi) Bidder must be registered under GST.General Conditions
1. The law governing the contract will be the Indian Law. Language in which the contract will be executed and operated will be English. 2. Each Bidder shall submit only one bid for the work. A bidder who submits more than one bid will cause the proposals with the Bidder’ participation to be disqualified. The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his bid. 3. Bidders should not have indulged in corrupt / fraudulent practice and debarred from participation in any bid. 4. Bidders shall not have any legal / dispute pending with Ministry / other departments in the court jurisdiction in India. 5. The work shall be carried out to the satisfaction of the Authority or its representative. 6. The Authority reserves the right to:(a) Amend the scope of the work; (b) Reject or accept any bid; and (c) Cancel the Bidding process and reject all bids.
