Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Recruitment 2023: Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJE), Government of India has invited Applications in the prescribed Specimen Proforma from Retired Government Officers and Open Market Professionals with Eligibility prescribed for 02 Posts; 01) Programme Officer and 02) Accountant for Contractual Engagement through this Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice Dated 10.05.2023. Based on the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice, there are 02 Vacancies for filling up both Posts 01) Programme Officer and 02) Accountant for Contractual Engagement.

01: Programme Officer: 01 Vacancy
02: Accountant: 01 Vacancy
The Monthly Emoluments, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice accruing to Both Posts post Selection of the Individuals shall remain as follows:
01: Program Officer Post:
i) Retired Government Employees: The Remuneration as per the Guidelines laid down in the Department of Expenditure’s Office Memorandum No. 3-25/2020-E.III A Dated 09.12.2020; i.e., Fixed Monthly Amount arrived at by Deducting Basic Pension from the Pay drawn at the time of Retirement.
ii) Professionals from Open Market: Consolidated Monthly Remuneration of Rs.60000 Inclusive of Transport Allowance Rs 4000.
02: Accountant Post:
i) Retired Government Employees: The Remuneration as per the Guidelines laid down in the Department of Expenditure’s Office Memorandum No. 3-25/2020-E.III A Dated 09.12.2020; i.e., Fixed Monthly Amount arrived at by Deducting Basic Pension from the Pay drawn at the time of Retirement.
ii) Professionals from Open Market: Consolidated Monthly Remuneration of Rs.45000 Inclusive of Transport Allowance Rs 3000.
The Eligibility including the Specific Requirements, Educational Qualifications, and Experience specific to Both Posts stipulated, in accordance with the the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Recruitment 2023 Official Notification may be read in Brief hereunder:
01: Program Officer:
Specific Eligibility: Retired Government Servant with Experience in Administration and Finance with Minimum 10 Years relevant to the Posts.
Open Market Professionals:
Educational Qualification and Experience: Post-Graduate (MSW)/Master of Education with Minimum 02 Years for the Applied Post.
02: Accountant Post
Specific Eligibility: Retired Government Servant with Experience in Administration and Finance.
Open Market Professionals:
Educational Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (Commerce) with Minimum 02 Years for the Applied Post. And Desirable Knowledge of Accounting Software and working MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Selection for Both Posts i) Programme Officer and ii) Accountant shall be carried out on the basis of the Individual’s Performance in Viva-voce/Personal Interaction. Only Shortlisted Candidates will be called in for attending the Interview.
