Tenure for Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Recruitment 2024:

• For Project Officer and Assistant Project Officer– The contractual engagement will be initially for a period of 01 (One) years further extendable up to 2.5 Years i.e. 1+1+0.5years’ subject to satisfactory performance review by respective Controlling Officer.
• For Technical Lead and Project/Technical Co-ordinator- The candidates for the mentioned post will be appointed for a period of 01 year further extendable as per requirement, subject to a satisfactory performance review by the respective Controlling Officer.

For Project Officer 9( infra) –

• The candidate should have Post Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Experience- 

• The candidate should have at least 03 years’ experience in organization dealing with Civil/Architecture work, including infrastructure projects execution and Management,at appropriate level with Government of India Ministry/Department.
• The candidate should have Minimum 02 year of experience in planning/ execution/ Monitoring of sports infrastructure.

Desirable –

• The candidate should have Experience of computer skills and proficiency in working on office software/ other applications, including MS word, excel and PowerPoint.
• The candidate should have Knowledge of Government Administrative Regulations
• The candidate should have Knowledge of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Hindi.
• The candidate should have Knowledge of Autocad, Matlab, StaadPro etc. 

For Project Officer (Management)- 

• The candidate should have Post Graduate degree in any discipline or 2 Years PG Diploma in
• The candidate should have Management or, possessing any professional degree earned after study of 04 years or more acquired after 10+2.
• The candidate has at least 03 years’ experience at appropriate level working with Government of India Ministry/ Department.

Desirable –

• The candidate should have experience of computer skills and proficiency in working on office software/ other applications, including MS word, excel and PowerPoint.
• The candidate should have Knowledge of Government Administrative Regulations
• The candidate should have Knowledge of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Hindi.
• The candidate should have Experience in Sports Management.

For Assistant Project Officer (Infra)-

• The candidate should have a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• The candidate should have at least 02 years’ experience in an organization dealing with Civil/Architecture work, including infrastructure project execution and Management at the appropriate level with the Government of India Ministry/ Department.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 01 year of experience in planning/ execution/ Monitoring of infrastructure projects.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have experience of computer skills and proficiency in working on office software/ other applications, including MS word, excel and PowerPoint.
• The candidate should have a knowledge of Government Administrative Regulations.
• The candidate should have Knowledge of written and spoken English and a working knowledge of Hindi.
• The candidates should have knowledge of Autocad, Matlab, Staadpro etc.
• For Technical Lead (Geo-Tagging)-
• The candidate should have a postgraduate degree in any discipline/ Graduation (BE/ B. Tech) or 2 Years PG Diploma in Management or possess any professional degree earned after study of 04 years or more acquired after 10+2.
• The candidate should have a total of 5 years of experience with a minimum of 01 year of experience in the field of sports administration/ management/ analytics.

Desirable–

• The candidate should have experience in Data Analysis and Data Visualization.
• The candidate should have certification in the GIS field, of a minimum of 3 months duration.
• The candidate should have experience in coordinating high-level meetings as well as stakeholders’ consultation with the Central and State government, PSUs, Associations etc.
• The candidates should have certification in DBMS.
• The candidate should have a Master’s/MBA in Sports Management.
• The candidate should have the ability to complete all phases of the project management life cycle including requirement analysis and gathering, design, testing, delivery and support. 
• The candidate should have the ability to manage large-scale projects.
• The candidate should have a working knowledge of using the latest development tools
• The candidate should be a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills within or across the teams.
• The candidates should have good problem-solving and analysis skills.
• The application of agile development processes in a leadership capacity.
• The candidate should have previous experience leading development teams. 
• The candidate should be expertise in Resource Management.
