MOIL Recruitment 2023: MOIL Limited is seeking applications from young, vibrant and dynamic candidates for the posts of Graduate Trainee (Mines/Mechanical) and Manager (Survey). According to the official notification of MOIL recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of computer based online test and interview. The details regarding the test will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates. The selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000. As mentioned in the official notification of MOIL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for Graduate Trainee is 30 years and for Manager is 35 years.
Age relaxation will be given as below-
For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)- by 3 Years
For SC/ST– by 5 years
For Persons with disabilities candidates:
Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen category candidates is Service rendered in the Armed forces plus 03 years.
According to the official notification of MOIL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000.
Besides Basic pay, candidates will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, perquisites and allowances under cafeteria approach and other allowances including Performance Related Pay (PRP) as applicable for the post. Benefits such as Leave, Free Medical Attention, Contributory Provident Fund, Family Pension, Insurance Linked Gratuity, Group Superannuation Cash Accumulation Scheme (Defined Contribution), etc. will be payable. The actual remuneration may vary depending on place of posting, financial performance of the Company and also performance rating of individual.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of computer based online test and interview. The details regarding the test will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates. The Computer Based Online Test will be held Bengaluru, New Delhi/NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/MMR Region, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bhopal and Nagpur.
Computer Based Online Test- The duration of Computer Based Online Test will be for 90 minutes (in one sitting) consisting of Objective Type question (MCQ) (85 marks) break-up of which is General Knowledge for 10 marks, reasoning for 10 marks & General English for 10 marks which will be combined as segment – I and Subject Knowledge will be for 55 marks which will be segment – II. Question paper will be available both in Hindi & English.
Interview– The personal interview will be of 15 marks.
Candidates belonging to General/OBC/EWS category have to pay Rs. 590 as application fee and SC/ST/PwD candidates/EXS/Employees of MOIL Limited are exempted from the payment of application fee.
