Tenure for OIL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2023, the applicant will be employed for a term of 06 months, which can be extended for another 06 months based on departmental requirements, the incumbent’s performance and conduct, medical fitness, and so on. The maximum contractual employment length shall be 01 year.

Qualification for OIL Recruitment 2023:

Electrical Supervisor

• Class 10 from Government Recognized Education Board.
•  03 (Three) years Diploma in Electrical Engineering discipline from Government Recognized Polytechnic.
• Valid Electrical Supervisory Certificate of Competency with authorization for Part- 1, 2, 3, 4 & 8(Mining) issued by Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Assam.

Assistant Rig Electrician

• Class 10 from Government Recognized Education Board.
• 02 years course in Electrician Trade from Government Recognized Institute.
• Valid Electrical Workman’s Permit with authorization for Part/Class-I & II issued by Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Assam.

Assistant Fitter

• Class 10 from Government Recognized Education Board.
• Trade certificate in Fitter trade from Government Recognized Institute.

Assistant Diesel Mechanic

• Class 10 from Government Recognized Education Board.
• Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic Trade from Government Recognized Institute.

Rig Maintenance Assistant

• Class 10 from Government Recognized Education Board.
• Trade certificate in any trade from Government Recognized Institute.
• Knowledge and  experience of working at heights like crown block, assembling & dismantling of the drilling rig mast and  substructure, Placement & maintenance of mud-tank system, etc. is essential

Assistant Mechanic- Pump/Assistant Mechanic -ICE

• Class 10 from Government Recognized Education Board.
• Trade Certificate in Mechanic Diesel / Fitter/Mechanic Motor Vehicle trade from Government Recognized Institute.
• Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of centrifugal and reciprocating pumps/knowledge of the operation of ICE engines is essential.

Electrical Supervisor

Minimum 03 years post qualification relevant work experience in Drilling / Workover Rig with expertise in carrying out fault-finding analysis, the rectification of faults, operation and maintenance of all the electrical equipment of Drilling/ Workover Rig

Assistant Rig Electrician

Minimum 02 years post qualification relevant work experience in operation and maintenance of electrical equipment in Drilling / Workover Rig with proper knowledge and skills in reading circuits, communicating, detecting, and rectifying faults.

Assistant Fitter

Minimum 02  years post qualification work experience in maintenance of Centrifugal pump sets/Iron Removal (IR) filters/Fabrication of pipeline jobs/Water Supply set up/ maintenance of mechanical workshop setup or Installation in Govt. / Semi Govt./ PSU / Public Limited Organizations.

Assistant Diesel Mechanic

Minimum 02 years post qualification work experience in maintenance of diesel or gas engines/ reciprocating or centrifugal pump sets/ reciprocating or screw air compressors in the Oil and Gas Industry

Rig Maintenance Assistant

Minimum 04  years post qualification relevant experience of working in drilling rigs as topman/floorman/ maintenance crew.

Assistant Mechanic- Pump/Assistant Mechanic -ICE

Minimum 02 years post qualification relevant work experience as Assistant Mechanic (Pump) or Assistant Mechanic (ICE).

Age for OIL Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit for the above post is 18 years and the maximum age limit should be between 30 to 35 years.

Salary for OIL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of OIL Recruitment 2023, the applicant will get a fixed Salary between Rs.16640 to Rs.19500 per month plus a Variable emolument between Rs.750 to Rs.640.
