Monthly Remuneration under ESIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Remuneration Admissible for Junior Residents remains as follows:

Monthly Pay: Rs. 1.00 Lac (Rupees One Lac ) Plus Other Perks (TA, DA) Admissible

• Rs. 1,00,000.00 Per Month for 16 Hours Per Week.
• Additional Rs. 20000.00 Charges for Emergency Visit.
• Additional Rs. 1200.00 for every Additional Hour beyond 16 Hours/Week. (The Additional Hour of Work to be justified by MS/Dean).

ESIC has adopted a Consolidated Remuneration structure for Contractual Faculty as per the ESIC Head-Quarters Letter No. A -12/16/6/2018 (Contractual-Exam) Dated 23/01/2018 and Head Quarters Letter No. U13/14/38/2020Med-I(ESIC/SC) dated 02.02.2021.

Age Limits under ESIC Recruitment 2023:

Eligibility Criteria for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Applicants should have gained the Eligibility comprising Educational Qualifications and Post-Professional Qualification Experience stipulated for the notified Posts and narrated hereunder:

Essential Qualifications for Part-Time Super-Specialist (SS) (Non-Teaching) Post:

Educational:

1. MBBS from a Recognized Medical Council.
2. A Post Graduate Degree (DM/MCH/DNB As Applicable) in the Concerned Super-Specialty from MCI Recognized Medical College/DNB in the Concerned Super-Specialty or Equivalent.
3. Should be registered with the Karnataka Medical Council.

Note: Carry Relevant Original Certificates with Self-Attested Photocopies (01 set), 02 Photocopies of Passport-size Photographs and the Relevant Certificates issued by the Competent Authority in the Application Format prescribed by the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training for consideration of Reservation to the Reserved Candidates failing which they will not be allowed to participate in the Interview Process.

Selection Criteria under ESIC Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Criteria for Selection on Appointment as Part Time Super-Specialist (SS) (Non-Teaching) shall be conducted through Walk-in-Interviews involving Performance therein and Pre-Interview Verification/Scrutiny of the Testimonials/Documents. Post-Selection Full-Time Specialists shall be engaged for 01 Year’s Contractual Duration.

The Selected Candidates shall be appointed Purely on a Contractual Basis for 01 Year or till Joining of Regular Bond Candidates, in which case Notice Period/Payment in lieu of the Notice period will not be Applicable.

In case of Non-availability of Suitable Candidates in a particular Reserved Category, the available Meritorious Candidate may be given an Offer of Engagement for 44 Days Duration at the sole discretion of the Appointing Authority.

The Applications of the Candidates submitted on the day of the Walk- in-Interviews together with the Requisite Application Fee shall be scrutinized by the Scrutiny Committee of the Institute and only Eligible Candidates would be allowed to appear for the Walk-in-Interview before the Selection Committee. In case the number of Applicants happened to be large, the Selection Committee of the Institute may devise the Criteria for Shortlisting of the Candidates which may include conducting a Screening Test.

50% of the Total Marks would be considered as the Criteria for Eligibility for Selection.

The Selected Candidates will have to report in to the Office for Medical Examination and Verification of Original Certificates immediately after receiving the Provisional Offer of Appointment through E-Mail.

The Final Selection for the Part Time Super-Specialist (SS) (Non-Teaching) Posts shall be based on the Candidate’s Individual Performance in the Personal Interview.

Interview Details: The Interviews shall be conducted in the Office of the Dean, ESIC Medical College, Kalaburagi.

Application Fee for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As per the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement an Application Fee prescribed for the Selection Purpose mandatory for Payment is as follows:

General Category Applicants and the Candidates other than Reserved Community and Women to pay Rs. 300.00 (Rupees Three Hundred) only in the shape of a Demand Draft.

Payment Mode : A Demand Draft of Rs. 300.00 in favor of ‘ESI Corporation’ drawn on any Scheduled Bank and payable in Kalaburagi has to be submitted along with the duly completed Application Format and Self-attested Photocopies and Original Documents at the time of the Walk-in-Interview.

How to Apply for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Willingness should fill in the Prescribed Application Proforma, have Self-attested Copies with Originals, and report at the Interview Venue.

Note: The Intending Eligible Applicants may complete the Applications with Original Documents and One Set of Photocopies (Self-Attested) as listed in the Appended ESIC Recruitment Vacancy Notice.

Such Candidates must reach the Office of the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital on the Date of Walk-in-Interview Date 04.08.2023, and the Time intimated/advised.

They should carry along both, One set of Self-attested Photocopies pertaining to Educational Qualification, Experience, Identity Proof, etc., and Original Testimonials. Mandatory Documents related Details may be read in the Appended Official Notification.

i) Eligible Candidates may walk in and Register for the Interview Slot/Process between 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM on 28.07.2023. Any Candidate reaching after 10:30 AM shall not be permitted.

ii) Specimen Application Proforma is enclosed with the Advertisement.

iii) The Candidates are expected of furnishing all the Original Documents in respect of all the Parameters filled in the Application Format during  Scrutiny on the Walk-in-Interview Day.
