Qualification and Experience for RFCL Recruitment 2024:

An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience to be considered an eligible candidate for RFCL Recruitment 2024:

Engineer (CHEMICAL)-

• The candidate should have a degree in B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc.(Engg.) in Chemical Engineering / Technology. Candidates having BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) certification may be given preference.
• The candidate should have Hands-on experience in the management of process operations and troubleshooting of either of the following continuous operating plants: Ammonia & Urea plant Petrochemical plant or Petroleum refinery only of State/ Central Government Undertaking(s) and/or Private Sector Organization(s) of repute. Candidate should be conversant with the DCS control system.

Engineer (MECHANICAL)-

• The candidate should have a degree in B.E. / B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) / in Mechanical Engineering/ Technology.
• The candidate should have Hands-on experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Rotating Machines, Static Equipment, Piping Networks etc. in either of the following continuous operating plants: Ammonia & Urea plant petrochemical plant or petroleum refinery only of State / Central Government Undertaking(s) and/or Private Sector Organization(s) of repute. Candidate should be conversant with the latest maintenance practices, lining up of maintenance contracts, spares procurement, budgeting etc. and must be computer literate. Candidates having specific experience in the operations/maintenance of Gas Turbine Power Plants may also apply.

Engineer (ELECTRICAL)

• The candidate should have a degree in B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical OR Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Technology.
• The candidate should have Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of HT & LT power distribution systems, HT synchronous & Induction motors, large transformers, protection systems etc. in either of the following continuous operating plants: Ammonia & Urea plant or Petrochemical plant or Petroleum refinery only of State/ Central Government Undertaking(s) and/or Private Sector Organization(s) of repute.

Application Fee for RFCL Recruitment 2024:

The candidate applying for RFCL Recruitment 2024 from the UR, OBC, and EWS categories must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 700 (plus applicable bank charges) when submitting their application form online. No other forms of payment for the Application Fee will be accepted.

Selection Process for RFCL Recruitment 2024:

The selection for RFCL Recruitment 2024 will purely be based on interviews. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
